Deliveries are scheduled in a three-hour window. We do our best to keep the customer informed of our estimated time of arrival (ETA).
 

Customers will receive a text by 8:45 am confirming today’s delivery. 

- Rescheduling can be completed at this time, or any time prior. 

Delivery professionals will call / text when enroute.
 

Delivery professionals are not permitted to enter customers’ homes unless an adult 18 years of age or older is present.

Our goal is to provide a unique delivering service schedule around the customers availability. Executing deliveries when the customer is home allows a safe delivery experience. We also offer Room of choice delivery with 15-minutes setup included and packaging removal from customer's home.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and service selected. We offer standard (Scheduled), and express (Same day) delivery options.
