Deliveries are scheduled in a three-hour window. We do our best to keep the customer informed of our estimated time of arrival (ETA) / estimated time of arrival (ETD)

- Rescheduling can be completed at this time, or any time prior. 

Delivery professionals will call / text when enroute.
 

Delivery professionals are not permitted to enter customers’ homes unless an adult 18 years of age or older is present.

Our goal is to provide a unique delivering service schedule around the customers availability. Executing deliveries when the customer is home allows a safe delivery experience. We also offer Room of choice delivery with 15-minutes setup included and packaging removal from customer's home.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and service selected. We offer standard (Scheduled), and express (Same day) delivery options.

* Same day delivery available

* Standard delivery up to 15 miles of store. 

* We delivery up to 40 mile radius of store, AKA Out of area.

* Price on site for up to 4 Large Items; No fee for additional small items. 

Example 2 Box Springs, 2 mattress sets plus (rails-no fee). 

** Highly recommend 2 Delivery professionals for Split ranch homes, second / third floor delivery, any time stairs or limited turning space. Motions sofas are heavier than they appear. Monticello Dresser is approximately 220 pounds.

** Patio Furniture up to 6 items included in drive way drop off price.

** King Mattresses require Two (2) delivery professionals.
