E-7 known as Gunnery Sergeant is a senior non-commissioned officer (SNCO).  The responsibilities of a Gunnery Sergeant include leading supervising, training and mentoring. Gunnery Sergeants serve as technical Experts.  When the unexpected happens, Gunnery Sergeants adapt to the situation, seek resolutions to overcome the obstacles and provide positive outcome.
